A typical day might involve…"Supporting and developing relationships across the Southern Division. Setting up systems that assist the front line staff and their work, developing awareness of these systems and reviewing and analysing the information captured.”

I would describe the learning and development opportunities at Richmond as…"Very good. They range from online learning to external courses and training sessions. With the support of my manager, I have enhanced my existing skills to support the staff I manage.”
