The biggest highlight of my career at Richmond so far..."Has been the achievement of huge service performance improvements and seeing the service running smoothly."

What I love about my job..."Is the people. I love managing staff and being part of the clients' lives."

A typical day might involve..."Admin, coaching staff and clients and meeting with outside agencies."
